Eric Wong has extensive work experience in the cybersecurity industry. Eric is currently a Solutions Engineer at Yubico, where they spread awareness about passwordless security solutions. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Field Engineer at Comodo, specializing in endpoint protection. Eric also served as a Senior Presales Engineer at WinMagic, focusing on disk encryption. Earlier in their career, Eric worked as a 3rd Level Support & Sales Engineer at UniPrint/Bell Canada, where they handled complex customer cases and worked closely with product development. Eric started their career as an Enterprise Platforms Support professional at Microsoft, providing assistance with server-related issues.

Eric Wong attended Seneca College from 2001 to 2003 where they earned their Associate's degree in Computer Networking and Support.
