Jennifer Saito

Jennifer Saito has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years in the technology industry. Jennifer is currently working as a Senior Software Manager at Yubico, where they are responsible for developing and maintaining the core invention of the company, the YubiKey, which provides strong authentication and security for computers, networks, and online services.

Before joining Yubico, Jennifer worked at Square Panda Inc. as a Software Engineering Manager/Director. During their tenure, they built and led the in-house engineering team, expanded the company's product globally, and developed the next generation of the product to enhance scalability, high-availability, and security.

Prior to that, Jennifer worked at Acer Cloud Technology (formerly iGware) as a Software Engineering Manager and Release Manager. Jennifer was responsible for managing a team of engineers who developed and maintained cloud-based applications for Acer products. Jennifer also oversaw release-related processes and was involved in the development of the Cloud Infrastructure built for Nintendo.

Jennifer's earlier experience includes working at PowerFile as a Quality Assurance Manager, where they managed the QA team, tech writers, and also performed build and release engineer duties. Jennifer was instrumental in the growth of the company, which eventually resulted in its IP being acquired by Hitachi-LG Data Storage.

Before joining PowerFile, Jennifer worked at VERITAS/Symantec as a Principle Software Engineer and QA Team Lead. Jennifer played a key role in new product development and created a tool/process to verify code before it could be checked into the source tree.

Jennifer's career started at Ejasent, Inc., where they held multiple roles. As a Quality Assurance Manager, they directed the growth of the QA organization, implemented quality assurance processes, and contributed as a QA engineer. Jennifer also managed the build engineer and tech writers. In their previous role as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Ejasent, they performed various software testing activities, including white box, black box, unit, integration, and system testing on Solaris and Java applications.

Jennifer's earliest experience was at IBM, where they worked as a Software Engineer, providing post-sales software support for OS/390 (mainframe) applications. Jennifer supported mission-critical software for enterprise customers and delivered concise and efficient help.
