Nam Nguyen

Nam Nguyen is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in supply chain management, technical operations, and process improvement. Currently serving as Senior Director of Operations at Yubico since June 2017, Nam has played a crucial role in building a global team and implementing automation technologies. Previous roles include Director of Technical Operations at Yubico, where foundational work for scaling high-volume operations was accomplished, and Head of Supply Chain and Robotic Manufacturing, where significant production output increases and ERP systems were implemented. Prior experience includes a Senior Engineer position at REC Solar, with a strong track record in strategy planning, materials management, and Lean Manufacturing training.
