Ema Rotariu

Ema Rotariu has worked in various roles since 2014. Ema began their career as a Regional Development Manager for the National Alliance of Student Organisations (ANOSR) in 2014. From 2015 to 2017, they worked at CGS Romania in various roles, including Trainer, Back up Trainer, Help Desk Specialist, and Order Management Specialist. From 2017 to 2021, they worked at Concentrix as a Corporate Trainer. Currently, they are a Support Lead at Yubo, where they have streamlined the entire Zendesk workflow and increased team visibility through cross-department project collaborations and monthly business review (MBR) sharing with C-level and rest of company. Ema is also a QA Support Manager.

Ema Rotariu graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Bucharest in 2018, after studying there from 2015.
