Justin Cheng

Justin Cheng has a diverse work experience, starting in 2015 with their co-founding role at GTP Talent Search, a leading global recruitment firm specializing in quantitative trading. Justin later co-founded GTP Talent Consultancy, focused on supporting global talent and aspiring corporate individuals. In 2018, Justin became a co-founder of Block Manic, and in 2019, they co-founded ARRO Coffee, a mobile app that connects roasters, cafe owners, baristas, and coffee lovers with a sustainability focus. Justin also co-founded Sofe Coffee, a pioneer in lifestyle and sustainability through coffee. Justin served as a board member for Thrive Hong Kong Charitable Limited and was an investor and landowner for Decentraland. In 2020, they founded QT Chamber, and in 2023, they worked as part of the Community & Engagement team at Sustainable Finance Initiative. Justin is currently a partner at Yubo Trading, serving as the Chief of Staff and overseeing Talent & Culture.

Justin Cheng obtained a Bachelor of Actuarial Studies and Applied Finance from Macquarie University. Justin attended the university from 2003 to 2006. In addition, they have a certification as a Certified Trainer for Thomas PPA (Personal Profile Analysis) from Thomas International.
