Mr. Chan Lu Min was appointed as an executive director of the Company on March 7, 2001. He is a director of certain subsidiaries of the Company. Mr. Chan joined PCC in 2001. He is a director and the chairman of PCC and the president of administration management department and in charge of finance and accounting. He has 41 years of finance and accounting experience in Taiwan. Mr. Chan is a graduate of Chung Hsing University in Taiwan.
Mr. Chan is also a director of Wealthplus and Win Fortune. PCC, through Wealthplus and Win Fortune, has interests in the shares of the Company which would fall to be disclosed to the Company under the provision of Divisions 2 and 3 of Part XV of the SFO.
