Jake Casson

Jake Casson's work experience includes various roles in the creative industry. Jake is currently an Art Director at Yuga Labs since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Something New as an Art Director from October 2019 to April 2022, where they focused on brand, digital experience, and visual direction. Jake also held a Designer position at Something New from February 2019 to September 2020.

Before joining Something New, Jake worked as a Freelance Designer at Oculus VR from October 2018 to January 2019. Jake also gained experience as a Designer at OUTPUT LLC from June 2018 to September 2018, where they were involved in web experiences and brand campaigns.

In their earlier career, Jake worked as a Designer at B-Reel from June 2016 to June 2018. Jake'sresponsibilities included interface design, user experience, animation, motion prototypes, and client presentations. Jake also worked as an Interaction & Motion Designer at Mirror Show Management from January 2016 to March 2016, creating dynamic content for exhibitions and installations.

Jake's early career includes roles such as User Experience Design Intern at EffectiveUI from December 2015 to February 2016, and Design Intern at Gupta Media from June 2015 to August 2015. Jake also completed a Summer Internship at Rosanne Sall Advertising in 2014 and an internship at the same company earlier that year.

Jake Casson earned their Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Graphic Design from Tompkins Cortland Community College from 2011 to 2013. Jake then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in New Media Design from Rochester Institute of Technology from 2013 to 2016.
