Alex Napier

Alex Napier currently serves as Vice President, Americas at Yugabyte, beginning in 2024. Prior to this role, Alex held various positions at MongoDB from October 2017 to December 2022, including Director of AWS Sales for North and South America and Regional Director of Enterprise & Majors, focused on delivering solutions to data-related challenges for developers and business leaders. Alex’s career also includes significant contributions to New Relic, Inc., where responsibilities ranged from field sales to enterprise inside sales, helping large organizations accelerate digital initiatives. Earlier experience includes roles in sales development at ServiceMax and project management at Callaway Golf Company, where Alex successfully led SaaS and CRM development projects. Alex began a career in broadcasting with an internship at Oakland Athletics Broadcasting Company. Education credentials include a Bachelor of Commerce from Santa Clara University and continuing studies at Stanford University and Coursera.
