Denise Cruz

Denise Cruz is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in student and employee engagement within the education and accommodation sectors. Currently serving as Student Experience Manager at Yugo since December 2022, Denise leads the global "Live Your Best Life" student experience program and manages the holistic implementation of The Yugo Movement initiative focusing on sustainability. Previous roles include Employee Engagement Coordinator at httpool, where Denise developed internal communication tools and led the creation of an HR portal, and multiple positions at Yugo and its predecessor GSA, ranging from Employee Experience Executive to involvement in employee branding, HR training, and content creation. Denise holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with Management from Heriot-Watt University.
