Eva Piñeiro

Eva Piñeiro has extensive experience in talent management and human resources within the hospitality industry, currently serving as Head of Talent & People Partnering at Yugo since July 2020. Previously, Eva held multiple HR roles at Marriott International, where responsibilities included updating HR technology across over 250 hotels in the EMEA region and managing communication with HR leaders. Prior experience includes roles at The St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort, where Eva managed HR operations for over 800 employees, and various internships in food and beverage management. Eva holds certifications in Human Resources Management from the Society of Human Resources Management and advanced diplomas in Hospitality Business Management.
