James Howson

James Howson is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Head of Planning and Reporting for Europe at Yugo since May 2024. With a strong background in IFRS reporting as an IFRS reporting specialist at Mitie since May 2018, James has also held roles including Head of Finance at Mitie Telecoms and Senior Finance Manager at Integral UK Ltd. Prior to these positions, James gained extensive experience as a Senior Manager in Global Outsourcing at BDO UK LLP and progressed through various financial roles in the mining sector, including Chief Financial Officer at Red Eagle Mining Corporation, Slater Mining Corporation, and Black Eagle Mining Corporation. James's career began at Ernst & Young, where significant technical experience in IFRS and various GAAP standards was developed. James holds a BA in Classics and Ancient History from Durham University and has a foundational education from Ashville College.
