Joe Persechino

Joe Persechino serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Yugo, which focuses on global student housing and enhancing the educational journey for students. With extensive experience in the residential and student accommodation sector, Joe previously held the role of Head of Residential & Student Accommodation at AXA Investment Managers, overseeing a significant portfolio and guiding strategic initiatives across funds management, investment, and asset management. Before AXA, Joe was Commercial Operations Director for EMEA at Global Student Accommodation, where operations were established across Europe. Additional roles include Director of Residences at Collegiate AC, Regional Manager at Unite Students, and various managerial positions at Tatts Group, Pakaflex Pty Ltd, Elys Of Wimbledon, Active Venture, and Homebase. Joe holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) Honours in European Business Studies from the University of West London and A-level qualifications from Tiffin Boys Grammar School.
