Thomas Demiranda is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in business development and strategic sales management. Currently serving as Chief Sales Officer for both Yugo and Centricity since January 2024, as well as Catalyst Marketing since April 2017, Thomas has successfully driven multifamily client growth, achieving a portfolio expansion from 0 to over 200 clients and a remarkable 400% increase in new agency revenue. Previous roles include Vice President of Business Development at Campus Advantage and various sales positions at Beardbrand, OutboundEngine, and Nexersys. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a focus on International Relations from Texas State University and has educational roots at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and Dennis Yarmouth High School.
