Yugrow is a platform for women who want to break barriers, drive growth and close the economic gender gap.

We are a behavioural change platform for women, that combines behavioural science and shared value principles, to promote and inspire behavioural change at a micro level to maximise and seize opportunities for growth and to unleash what we refer to as ‘trapped talent’.

The data is clear, empowered women transform societies. We know that developing and deploying one-half of the world’s available talent, has a huge bearing on the growth, competitiveness and future readiness of economies.
Our business is based on our purpose to democratise success to enable women to grow, live and prosper and to make a meaningful contribution to society.

Our vision is to write a new history where women have closed the economic gender gap.

Our values:
Abundant Outlook
Shared Success
Significant Connections

Our belief is that women are central to closing the economic gender gap and that with technology, together we can accelerate your growth.

You are building the bridge to close the gap.
