Denise Santos

Denise Santos is a Product Coach at Yuhu since December 2022, where responsibilities include cross-functional communication with clients, engineers, and product teams to diagnose and resolve issues, as well as identifying trends and escalating usability concerns. Additionally, Denise is a member of the Monday Girl Social Club, a private network supporting professional women through education and mentorship. Prior experience includes a role as Team Lead at Veranova Properties Limited from July 2014 to October 2022, overseeing a diverse portfolio and supervising team operations. Denise's foundational experience also includes serving as an Occupancy Clerk, assigning properties for inspection on behalf of mortgage lenders. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in Cloud Computing from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde.
