Arlen Ayojiak

Arlen Ayojiak is the founder and managing director of Yuit, a digital well file company. Arlen has over 20 years of experience in the field of software development and delivery. Arlen has been a member of the BP Global Architecture Committee to ensure common strategy and coordination of efforts. Arlen has provided active guidance and direction to business and technical teams assisting them in understanding their interdependencies. Arlen has also evaluated soundness of potential technology acquisitions or solutions and provided formal analysis of recommendations regarding capabilities, utilizing the scope of the company's existing technologies, integration issues and technology based benefits.

Arlen has investigated new technologies and developed feasibility projections regarding their potential impact upon the future technology marketplace and impact to Digital Well File. Arlen has also provided tactical and strategic direction to technology choices for our solutions that are state-of-art. Creates technology roadmaps, making assertions about technology directions and determining their consequences for the technical strategy and hence architectural approach. Arlen mentors and leads the work with tech leads to communicate technical direction to our software development teams and educate Digital Well File development community. Arlen demonstrates an acute understand of the customer experience to ensure successful technical solution priorities to enhance the experience.

Arlen participates in and drives design sessions with customers and with internal resources. Arlen creates and maintains the Use Cases, Interface Specifications, and Functional Requirements Document. Arlen also drives the technical resolution of issues arising from changes to scope, requirements, design, etc. Arlen reviews the Technical Architecture documents to ensure all required functionality is implemented. Arlen works with documentation to ensure accurate representation of design and capability within technical publications. Arlen has also worked with sales team to market Digital Well File to other regions and our talent’s knowledge for other new business.

Arlen Ayojiak received their BA from the University of Alaska Anchorage and their field is Information Management from the University of Phoenix.
