Sanchay T.'s work experience begins in 2017 as an IT Coop Student at the Ontario Ministry of Government and Consumer Services. In this role, they worked specifically for the Ministry of Education.

They then moved on to Sheridan College in 2017 as a JAVA Learning Assistant, where they tutored students in object-oriented concepts and managed student information on SharePoint. They also guided students in developing web applications using ASP.Net, Servlets, and JSPs, and created referral handout sheets for understanding concepts like MVC Architecture and DOM in JavaScript. They also designed promotional posters and banners, and presented demonstrations of various web apps and Java programs during events.

In 2018, Sanchay joined RBC as a Full-stack Developer. They worked on a Profit and Loss data reporting and analysis tool, using Angular.js, Java, and SQL. They developed APIs to transform business requirements into SQL and build Excel reports in Spring Java. They also debugged application source code to fix defects and add functionality using Angular.

They continued their role as a Peer Tutor at Sheridan College from 2018 to 2020, and began working at YuJa in 2020 as a Quality Assurance Engineer. No end date is provided for this role.
