Faye Richards has a diverse work experience. Faye started their career as an Editorial Manager at TEDxBrighton in November 2015 and held the position until March 2016. Faye then worked as an Account Manager at Opulence PR from October 2016 to June 2017. Faye joined DueDil in July 2017 as a Customer Success Manager, where they worked closely with clients and contributed to large-scale business initiatives. In September 2019, they were promoted to the role of Head of Client Services, responsible for business retention and revenue generation. Faye later joined Sales Impact Academy in August 2021 as the Customer Success Lead for the EMEA region. Currently, they are working at YuLife, initially as the Customer Success Operations Lead and now in the role of Head of Customer Operations and Scaled Accounts, starting in September 2023. Throughout their career, Faye has demonstrated a strong focus on customer satisfaction and creating valuable relationships.

Faye Richards completed a degree in Sports Journalism at the University of Brighton. Prior to that, they obtained 3 A-C A Levels in English Language, Physical Education, and Psychology from The Sixth Form College, Solihull.
