Ross Groom

Ross Groom is an experienced product manager currently working at YuLife, serving as both Product Manager and Squad Lead for the Activation Squad, focusing on new client activation via the Employer Portal, and as Product Manager for the Operational Excellence squad aimed at promoting YuLife's growth in the group insurance market. Prior to YuLife, Ross held various actuarial positions at FIS, including Actuarial Product Development Manager, where responsibilities included leading the development of Flexible Results Phase 2 and transitioning Prophet's licensing framework in-house. Ross began a career in actuarial analysis as a Graduate Actuarial Analyst at SunGard, later known as FIS. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Mathematics from Durham University and training from the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries.
