Erica Stephens-Lynch

Erica Stephens-Lynch, MBA, serves as the Sr. Manager of Indirect Strategic Sourcing and Supplier Diversity at Yum! Brands since January 2024. In addition, Erica is the Chief Executive Officer at Enlightened Solutions, a role held since May 2021. Previously, Erica held various positions at Dow from 2002 to July 2023, including Global Supplier Diversity and Social Responsibility Director, where responsibilities encompassed developing Supplier Diversity strategy and leading social risk mapping in the supply chain, as well as supporting Corporate Social Responsibility programs. Other notable roles at Dow included MPA Product Director, Global Real Estate Strategy Director, and several positions in supply chain planning and engineering. Prior experience includes roles at Oxy as Process Steward and Production Supervisor. Erica holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Prairie View A&M University and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of St. Thomas (TX).
