Fraser Davies

Fraser Davies is an accomplished procurement and supply chain professional with extensive experience in the food and retail industries. Currently serving as the Regional Category Lead and Interim Head of YUM! Indirect Procurement at Yum! Brands since August 2025, Fraser manages strategic procurement for KFC, Pizza Hut, and Taco Bell, overseeing a potential regional spend of up to €1 billion. Previously, Fraser held the position of Head of Indirect Procurement for KFC UK & Ireland, overseeing a spend portfolio exceeding €300 million, and has a strong background in supply chain management from roles at KFC, Yum! Restaurants International, and Tesco PLC. Fraser's earlier experience includes design roles at GlaxoSmithKline and Reckitt Benckiser. Fraser holds a 2:1 degree in Industrial Design and Technology from Loughborough University.
