Richa Arya

Richa Arya is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various domains of human resources, currently serving as Senior Manager of Corporate HR at Yum! Brands since July 2021. Richa has developed expertise in areas such as compensation and benefits strategy, performance management, diversity and inclusion transformation, and talent acquisition. Prior to Yum! Brands, Richa worked as a Consultant in Performance & Rewards at Aon, where key responsibilities included compensation benchmarking and total rewards strategy. Richa's earlier roles include Associate General Manager in Compensation & Benefits and Organization Transformation at Lodha Group, as well as a project internship at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories and a research engineer position at C-DOT. Richa holds a PGDM from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Indira Gandhi Institute of Technology, Delhi.
