Robert Prevendar

Robert Prevendar is an accomplished professional in food safety and quality assurance, currently serving as the Director of Global Food Safety & QA at Yum! Brands since July 2020. Previously, Robert held the position of Sr. Global Managing Director for Supply Chain Food Safety at NSF International from March 2009 to March 2020, and served as General Manager at NSF Shanghai from 2007 to March 2009. Earlier in his career, Robert worked in the Health Department of the City of Rolling Meadows from 1991 to 1996. Robert holds a Master’s Degree in Public Health from Benedictine University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Health from Illinois State University.
