Rosella Dukhanti

Rosella Dukhanti currently serves as the Supplier Quality Assurance Manager for Africa at Yum! Brands, a position held since October 2023. Prior to this, Rosella was the Quality Assurance Manager at Pioneer Foods Groceries (PepsiCo) from December 2022 to October 2023, and also held the same title at Pioneer Foods Essential Foods (PepsiCo) from 2013 to December 2022. Rosella began in the field as a QA Manager at Earlybird Farm Camperdown - Astral operations from 2011 to 2013, and worked as a QC Technician at Bakers biscuits Snackworx - AVI from 2010 to 2011. The career started as an Assistant R&D Technologist at RCL FOODS - Rainbow chicken from 2009 to 2010. Educationally, Rosella is currently pursuing an Advanced Diploma in Management at Regent Business School and holds a National Diploma in Food Science and Technology from Durban University of Technology, complemented by additional studies at the University of South Africa.
