Xiaoxiao Zhang

Xiaoxiao (Sherry) Zhang is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in corporate strategy and transformation, currently serving as Vice President of Corporate Strategy & Transformation at 百胜中国 since February 2020. In this role, Xiaoxiao directs major strategic initiatives and transformational projects, focusing on organizational effectiveness, supply chain strategy, and digital advancements, while also providing business support to emerging business units. Previous key roles include project manager for the successful launch of “KFC Grandpa’s Farm” and Vice President of KFC Strategy & Finance, where Xiaoxiao managed a P&L of approximately $10 billion. Before joining 百胜中国, Xiaoxiao was an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company, specializing in strategic planning and consulting for leading global companies. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Molecular and Cellular Biology from Harvard University and a B.S. in Biological Sciences from Fudan University.
