Rita Tsalyuk

Rita Tsalyuk is a seasoned entrepreneur and CEO with a diverse portfolio of ventures. Currently leading Almadelic since January 2024, Rita is focused on exploring psychedelic therapies to enhance mental vitality. As Co-Founder and CEO of The Coffee Joint since October 2017, Rita promotes mental health awareness and drives company growth through innovative leadership. In addition, as Co-Founder and CEO of Yuma Way since November 2015, Rita has successfully managed the strategic expansion of licensed cannabis enterprises across multiple states, launching 15 retail locations and facilities. Rita's previous experience as Chief Executive Officer of ASTRA HOME HEALTH CARE from February 2007 to March 2021 includes founding a licensed home health business, achieving key certifications, and managing a large workforce. Rita holds a Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the Kiev Institute of Business and Technology.
