Simon Thalmann

Simon Thalmann serves as the Leiter Projekt Management Region Nord at Yunex Traffic Deutschland since February 2020, where responsibilities include business development and shaping sustainability strategies, as well as leading competitor and market intelligence initiatives. Prior to this role, Simon Thalmann worked at Siemens Mobility Intelligent Traffic Systems as a Business Strategy Manager and held various positions at Siemens from September 2014 to February 2020, including Strategy and Program Manager in the Power & Gas sector and Marketing and Portfolio Manager for Distributed Power Generation. Simon Thalmann began a career as a Graduate Management Trainee at Siemens, which involved rotations in R&D Program & Innovation Management and other areas. Early career experience includes a role as a Graduate Research Student at goetzpartners and an internship at Dr. Wieselhuber & Partner GmbH. Simon Thalmann holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from the Technical University of Munich and a Bachelor of Science in the same field from the same institution, with additional studies at Chulalongkorn University in Bangkok.
