Janine Minthar Falkenberg

Janine Minthar Falkenberg is a professional with extensive experience in social innovation and business consultancy. Currently serving as the IMM, Advocacy & Thought Leadership Lead at Yunus Social Innovation since January 2025, Janine is involved in promoting social business practices across Europe. Prior to this role, Janine worked at Yunus Social Business from September 2022 to January 2025 in impact measurement, project management, compliance, and as an executive assistant and events coordinator. Janine's earlier experience includes positions at Milestone Systems as an EMEA Associate and Personal Assistant, and as a Business Development Representative at 2030 Builders. Janine holds an MSc in Economics and Business Administration with a focus on Strategy, Organisation & Leadership, as well as a BSc in International Business, Chinese Language, and Culture, both from Copenhagen Business School.
