Carlos Emanuel Ramírez Martínez has been working in the telecommunications industry since 2013. Carlos Emanuel began their career at Ericsson as a Team Lead, where they gained in-depth knowledge of technologies applied in telecommunications such as 2.5, 3 and 4G, IP, Managed Services, Total Operation Practice, Radio Frequency, Security and Information Protection, Access, Radio Network Functionality, RBS-6000, Decisions and Risk, Communication Skills for Customer Support, Trouble-Shooting, Initial Tuning, Air Interface, Design and Optimization, Introduction to UNIX, Core Training for Microsoft Office, OSS RC Platform, and Design Thinking. From 2017 to 2022, they worked at Totalplay Empresarial as an Ingeniero de Soporte en Campo. Currently, they are employed at Yupana Inc. as a RBS Field Engineer.

Carlos Emanuel Ramírez Martínez attended the Escuela Mexicana de Electricidad from 2003 to 2005, where they earned a Technician degree in Radio and Televisión. Carlos Emanuel then attended Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana from 2012 to 2015, where they earned an Assistant degree in Ing. Electrónica. Carlos Emanuel also holds certifications from Educational Testing Service (ETS) for TOEIC 670, obtained in July 2013; Cisco for CCNA, obtained in September 2021; and CompTIA for CompTIA A+ ce Certification, obtained in February 2021.
