Prior to these roles, Lee-Anne was the Owner of Lee-Anne McGrath (Pty) Ltd from January 2016 to July 2019 and served as Head of Operations at OPTIS INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT LIMITED from January 2010 to December 2015. Lee-Anne McGrath's educational background includes studies at Rosebank Progress College and SACAP (The South African College of Applied Psychology).
