Jeremy Higgs

Jeremy Higgs is an accomplished Senior Network Engineer at Yusen Logistics (Americas), Inc. since September 2016, specializing in high-level route and switch design, wireless network maintenance, and implementation of complex phone systems. Previous roles include Network Engineer at Covenant Dove, LLC, focusing on network infrastructure design and phone implementations, and engineering positions at HCL Technologies and InnoSource within the Fedex enterprise network. Early in the career, Jeremy served as a Computer Technician at Emdeon and a Cisco Technician at Southwest Tennessee Community College. Jeremy holds an Associate's degree in Networking from Southwest Tennessee Community College and has pursued studies in Management of Information Systems at The University of Southern Mississippi.
