John Rae

John Rae has a strong background in operations and research and development. John is currently the Vice President of Operations at Yusen Logistics (Americas) Inc., where they oversee the Contract Logistics Group and manages over 30 facilities. Prior to this role, John held various positions at Dunlop Sports Americas, including Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Research and Development. In these roles, they led the establishment of a distribution center and conducted research to improve the performance and delivery of golf products. John also managed a research team and developed testing equipment for measuring golf club performance.

John Rae has a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. John also holds a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, with a focus on Project Management, from California State University, Long Beach.

In terms of additional certifications, John has obtained the following: MAP Management System from MAP in January 2023, Personal Leadership Effectiveness from CALIFORNIA MANUFACTURING TECHNOLOGY CONSULTING in June 2016, Program on Negotiation from Harvard Law School in May 2014, CSCP - Certified Supply Chain Professional from APICS in 2014, Foundations of Leadership from UC Irvine Extension in November 2004. There are two additional certifications mentioned, CPIM - Basics of Supply Chain Management from APICS and Intellectual Property Training Institute from Oliff PLC, but no specific dates or institutions are provided for these.
