Erik Crichton

Erik Crichton serves as a Board Member for the West Coast Marine Terminal Operators Association since February 2024 and has been the Vice President of Operations at Yusen Terminals LLC since January 2019, responsible for overseeing operations, labor relations, and continuous improvement with an annual direct labor cost exceeding $150 million. In addition to previous roles as Director of Operations and General Manager of Vessel Operations, Erik is a Board Member of the Marine Exchange of Southern California and held various positions at Damco and Cogo Systems, Inc. Erik holds a Bachelor of Science degree and has completed several professional development programs, including a certificate from the Yusen Terminals Future Leaders Academy and coursework at UCLA and Harvard Business School.
