Jonathan Simmons

Jonathan Simmons has a long and varied career in the leisure-time market and 'for good' organisations. In 2020, they became a Co-Founder of Project 3 Ventures, a venture focused on building a marketplace that successfully matches suppliers and customers. From 2019, they have been working on a portfolio of 'for good' organisations. In 2018, they were a Consultant for Lumos, where they trained 'care professionals' all over the world and helped to evolve the brand. From 2014, they have been the Chair of the Board of Directors for We Are Colony, a global VOD platform connecting content owners to passionate fans. From 2012, they have been the Business Owner and Director of Zone, an agency specialising in strategy, technology and content. From 2006, they have been the Owner and Chief Executive of Public Zone, a pro-social digital company. From 1999, they have been the Publishing Director of Zone. Finally, from 1997, they have been a Display Sales employee at The Guardian. Jonathan has also been a Member Board of Trustees for Shelter UK since 2016 and JW3 London since 2021.

Jonathan Simmons attended the University of Leeds from 1993 to 1996, where they earned a degree in Theirtory. Prior to that, they attended St Albans School from 1985 to 1992.
