Yuvarra is an independent lender delivering institutional-grade premium financing for high-net-worth individuals, wealth managers and financial advisers. Backed by a major institutional balance sheet and supported by the expertise of Apeiron Group, the leading global marketplace for end-to-end HNWI insurance, Yuvarra enables life insurance premium financing without the conflicts or constraints of traditional models.

Private wealth in Asia is growing rapidly, and a new generation of independent advisers is reshaping how HNWIs access financial solutions. Yet the infrastructure for premium financing has not kept pace. Clients are still being asked to liquidate assets, open bank accounts or restructure existing relationships to fund a life insurance policy. Yuvarra was built to change that.

As both lender and coordination layer, Yuvarra handles the full journey from structuring and access through to funding, providing a faster, more transparent process without disrupting the relationships and strategies already in place. Loan applications are reviewed and approved in a matter of weeks, with no requirement to open a bank account or establish a broader banking relationship. Loans are secured against the policy itself, protecting borrowers from market volatility, margin calls and forced liquidations. Yuvarra operates with its own governance and decision-making structure, free from cross-selling pressures or competing priorities.

Critically, Yuvarra is designed to work alongside existing client relationships, not replace them. For private banks, wealth managers and financial advisers, that means being able to offer premium financing as part of their own proposition, deepening client trust and expanding their offering.

Yuvarra brings a more resilient, reliable model to premium financing. One that empowers advisers, protects clients and delivers without conflicts.
