Hugh Ward III is a seasoned real estate executive currently serving as the Head of Americas at Yuvod since February 2024. As the Chief Executive Officer of Palomar Capital Partners since April 2020, Hugh leads a family office focused on commercial real estate investments, overseeing strategic joint ventures with institutional investors. Prior to this, Hugh was the Senior Managing Director and Head of Real Estate at Constitution Capital Partners, where a commercial real estate investment platform was launched. Hugh also held the position of Senior Managing Director/Co-Head of Real Estate Investments at Lone Star Funds, managing a $20 billion portfolio, and was the Managing Director and Head of Real Estate Investments at ZAIS Group, where a commercial real estate group was established. Hugh holds a Master’s Degree in Real Estate/Finance from Columbia Business School and a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting and Finance from Villanova University.

Reputable investors and venture funds were impressed by the company’s growth, its commercial potential, and the team’s execution ability – and invested in capital raises in 2019 and 2021.After two rounds of funding and a lot of hard work by the founding team, Yuvod has grown to a team of more than 50 people with offices in 3 countries and a presence in 8 regions. It is a Google certified partner for Widevine and Android TV systems, and trusted by companies such as Vodafone Spain, Rakuten TV and DAZN.
