Tatiana Millan is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as a People Business Partner at Yuxi Global since June 2022, where the focus is on talent management and aligning HR strategies with business goals. Previously, Tatiana held the role of People Care Partner at Nokia from March 2017 to June 2022, offering comprehensive support in human resources administration across the U.S. and Canada while leading exit management processes. Tatiana also worked as an IT Recruitment Specialist at Sutherland Global Services and as an HR Coordinator at SISA S.A, developing expertise in recruitment, employee support, and compliance with HR indicators.
