Hugo S. has a diverse range of work experience. In 2013, they joined PHD Worldwide as a Digital Analyst, where they played a key role in the localization of Unilever's global project, MTM. Hugo developed working guidelines and strategies for each campaign. In 2015, Hugo became a Media Planning Supervisor at Real Influence, where they managed key accounts such as Henkel and CIVB. Hugo conducted market analysis and spearheaded the execution of clients' briefs. Most recently, Hugo co-founded YUYI Technology in 2018 and served as the Brand Director. Hugo built and managed the brand equity and developed the communication strategy using the VPE model.
Hugo S. obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information & Computing Science from the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology in the years 2008 to 2012. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Big Data at Fudan University from 2016 to 2020.
