YWAM Associates
Elliott R. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in nonprofit leadership, communications, and youth ministry. As a missionary with YWAM Associates since January 2024, Elliott provides rest and renewal to staff at various YWAM bases across the US. In tandem, Elliott founded Chopped Marketing in January 2021, offering social media management services to a variety of clients while overseeing multiple contractors. Previously, as Communications Manager at International Project, Elliott promoted the organization's mission through social media, email marketing, and intern training. Additional roles include Youth Director at Cornerstone United Methodist Church and various leadership positions at Northwest Christian University and Gleanings For The Hungry. Elliott holds a Master of Divinity from Fuller Theological Seminary and a Bachelor's degree in Bible and Theology from Bushnell University.

YWAM Associates International is a ministry of Youth With A Mission. Our mission is to encourage and build up those who have served in, and been trained by YWAM by: 1. Championing them as nation-disciplers wherever God has planted them in the mission fields of the seven mind-molders (home, church, media, education, the arts, business & government, and healthcare) . . . in order that they might fulf...ill God's destiny for their lives. 2. Strengthening them in their transition from missions to life after YWAM -- helping to equip them as missions-minded activists for the rest of their lives. 3. Valuing each individual, in or out of the mission. For those who have had challenging times, we seek to foster healing; for those with unresolved conflicts, reconciliation; and for all we aim to maintain relationships purely for the sake of those relationships (no hidden agendas).
