Randy Thornhill

Randy Thornhill currently serves as the Director of Organizational Impact and previously held the position of Manager Program Impact at YWCA Calgary since October 2015. With a background in program evaluation and data management, Randy has contributed as a consultant for Productive Solutions since September 2014, assisting social and environmental projects. Prior experience includes roles as a Business Intelligence Specialist (Internship) at Calgary Lab Services, Managing Consultant at ProductiveIT Solutions, Quality Assurance and Information Systems Manager at Closer To Home Community Services, and Information Systems Manager at Momentum. Randy's early career included technical support roles, and academic qualifications include a B.Sc. (Hon.) in Psychology/Biology from Memorial University of Newfoundland and a Graduate Certificate in Business Intelligence from SAIT.
