Leadership Team

The Leadership Team at YWCA Columbus is responsible for setting the strategic direction and vision of the organization, focusing on initiatives that promote empowerment and social change. Comprising the President and CEO, Chief Mission Officer, and Chief Advancement & Engagement Officer, this team drives advocacy efforts, oversees community engagement, and secures resources to support YWCA's mission of equality and inclusion for marginalized groups in Central Ohio. They collaborate closely to foster impactful partnerships and mobilize community support to enhance the organization's reach and effectiveness.
