Sereka Barlow

Sereka Barlow has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several leadership roles in the healthcare industry. Sereka is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at YWCA El Paso del Norte Region. Prior to this role, Sereka was the Chief Operating Officer at Tenet Healthcare from 2018 to 2022. Sereka also held the position of Chief Operating Officer/Deputy Commander of Administration at William Beaumont Army Medical Center from 2016 to 2017. Before that, Sereka served as the Chief Executive Officer/Commander at Mendoza Primary Care and Soldier Readiness from 2015 to 2016. Additionally, they served in various positions at TRICARE Regional Offices, Brooke Army Medical Center, William Beaumont Army Medical Center, Bayne Jones Army Community Hospital, 18th Medical Command, and Walter Reed Army Medical Center. Sereka's expertise includes overseeing healthcare operations, managing budgets, optimizing care delivery, and supporting strategic planning activities.

Sereka Barlow holds a Master's Degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Baylor University, which they obtained from 2006 to 2008. Sereka also has a Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene/Hygienist from the University of Louisiana at Monroe, which they achieved between 1991 and 1997. Additionally, Sereka Barlow obtained their High School Diploma from Ansbach Highschool.
