Teresa Sanders is an experienced leader in program development and operations, currently serving as Chief Program Officer at YWCA Greater Cleveland since October 2011, where responsibilities include strategic direction, budget management, and performance measurement. Previously, Teresa held the position of Vice President of Programs and Operations at YWCA Greater Cleveland, leading initiatives in early childhood education and youth services. Before these roles, Teresa served as Clinical Director at the Hitchcock Center for Women, overseeing a multidisciplinary team and transitioning the organization to a trauma-integrated service delivery model. Early career experience includes the role of Program Director at the Alcohol and Drug Addiction Services Board, where Teresa implemented a multimillion-dollar federal demonstration grant. Teresa holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from American International College.
