Caitlin Skaff

Caitlin Skaff, GPC, currently serves as Grants Manager at YWCA Greater Pittsburgh since October 2024, drawing upon extensive experience in arts management and nonprofit resource development. Previously, Caitlin held the position of Manager of Individual Giving at Pittsburgh Cultural Trust, overseeing strategies for a membership base of approximately 13,000 donors. Prior roles include Grants and Resource Management Specialist at United Way of Southwestern Pennsylvania, where grant administration supported significant annual fundraising efforts, and Assistant Operations Director at Prime Stage Theatre, managing operations and productions aimed at promoting literature and education. Caitlin's background includes various stage management roles at South Park Theatre and other theaters, contributing to several notable productions. Caitlin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bowling Green State University, with double majors in Theatre and Political Science.
