Diane Hightower is an accomplished educator and administrator with a strong focus on racial justice, equity, and student academic support. Currently serving as a Racial Justice and Equity Trainer/Educator at YWCA Greater Pittsburgh, Diane also founded and leads Hightower Scholars, Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to aiding students and families in navigating post-secondary education. Previous roles include Director of the Tartan Scholars Program and Director of Student Academic Support Programs at Carnegie Mellon University, Dean of Students at Westmoreland County Community College, and Dean of Student Academic Support at DePauw University. Diane holds a Master of Public Policy and Management from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and History from the University of Pennsylvania.
