Kathy Lilyholm

Kathy Lilyholm has a varied work experience spanning multiple industries. Kathy has held various roles in organizations such as YWCA Metro Vancouver, BC Bike Race, Engineers and Geoscientists BC, Burntsand, South Vancouver Neighbourhood House, Starbucks, and Danier Leather. Their roles have involved responsibilities such as fundraising, event management, project consulting, account management, office management, customer service, team leadership, and environmental coordination. Kathy's experience showcases their ability to adapt to different environments and contribute to the success of various organizations.

Kathy Lilyholm's education history includes various programs and certificates. In 2020, they completed the Institute of Corporate Directors - Rotman Governance Essentials Program (GEP) at the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management. Prior to that, they attended Dialogues in Action in 2015 and 2016 for a program focused on Project Impact. In 2013 and 2014, they also attended Dialogues in Action for a Fellowship in Leadership Development. Before these programs, they obtained a Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Vancouver Community College (VCC) in 2008 and 2009. In 1999 to 2001, they pursued an Associate Certificate in Ecommerce from the British Columbia Institute of Technology, followed by a Diploma in Marketing Management with a Professional Sales option from 1997 to 1999. Additionally, they received a Diploma in Fashion/Apparel Design from Phyllis Herndl's College of Fashion Design and Merchandising in 1988 and 1989. Kathy Lilyholm also holds multiple certifications in areas such as first aid, fitness instruction, and sports nutrition.
