Lynda Sousa has extensive experience in the fields of quality improvement, training, and employment services. Currently serving as the Director of Quality Improvement and Training at YWCA Metro Vancouver since March 2019, Lynda has previously held the position of General Manager of Employment Services at Back in Motion Rehab Inc. from December 2016 to March 2019. Lynda's career began at Training Innovations, where a diverse range of roles was undertaken from 2003 to December 2016, including VP of Business Services, Quality Improvement Manager, Technology and Information Coordinator, Administrator/Career Resource Specialist, and Tech Instructor. Additionally, Lynda worked at Sprott Shaw College from 2001 to 2003 as a Graduate Services Representative.
