Patricia Chu is an accomplished fundraising professional with extensive experience in major gifts and fund development. Currently serving as Associate Director of Fund Development at YWCA Metro Vancouver since August 2019, Patricia previously held the position of Manager of Fund Development within the same organization. Prior roles include Philanthropy Officer for Major Gifts at both BC Children's Hospital Foundation and Canuck Place Children's Hospice, as well as various positions at the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation, including Fund Development Officer. Patricia's early career included event coordination and teaching roles, supported by a BA in Political Science with a Commerce minor from The University of British Columbia and an Associate's degree in Fundraising Management from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
