Beatriz Diaz is an experienced Education Manager and Lead Teacher Coach at YWCA Metropolitan Chicago. Previously, Beatriz served as the Director of Religious Education at St. John Berchmans Parish. Beatriz holds a Master of Arts in Teaching in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from National Louis University. Beatriz also holds a Bachelor's degree from Dominican University. At YWCA, Beatriz coaches classroom teachers and assists with training, while at St. John Berchmans Parish, Beatriz directed various religious education programs and significantly increased program revenue through improved communication.
