Donna Pocius

Donna Pocius is an experienced Senior Economic Empowerment Coach at YWCA Metropolitan Chicago, a position held since September 2009. Donna is part of the SHIFT Resident Services Team, providing employment and vocational counseling services to families in the SHIFT program. Prior to this role, Donna worked at Gateway Foundation from March 2004 to September 2008 as an Economic Empowerment Coach and Case Manager/Job Coach, focusing on assisting adult male ex-offenders in their reintegration into society. Donna holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Human Services from National Louis University and an Associate of Arts in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Triton College.
